All orders, unless otherwise specified, are processed within 2 business days from Norfolk Island. If you've requested a hardware change, i.e. changing from gold to sliver jump rings, changing from hooks to posts, etc. please add 1-2 days to processing time.

Standard and Express Post are options at checkout and it will tell you how long it usually takes.

Made To Order listings or Pre-Order listings have their own processing times listed on the item page.

Designed by Jil ships domestically (Australia) and internationally (NZ). Shipping times vary depending on your location. 

PLEASE NOTE: Designed by Jil is not responsible for packages lost by Australia Post or stolen by porch pirates. Once the package is scanned into Australia Post they are responsible for it. 

Shipping policy

Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of the return shipping will be deducted of your refund.
